The clinic sends a link
A personal invitation, or a standing room link. The patient has no password in this product.
ENSI Telehealth
The waiting room lives here. The picture and sound go directly from the patient’s browser to the clinician’s browser. That call is encrypted, and it is not recorded.
Patients do not sign in on this page. Open the link your clinic sent you.
The visit
A personal invitation, or a standing room link. The patient has no password in this product.
They check the camera and microphone. The clinician sees them waiting. Nothing is recorded while they wait.
Picture and sound travel between the two browsers. The server helped them find each other. It does not receive the call.
For clinics
Use it on its own, drop it into a website, or connect it to clinic software over the API. The waiting room and the encrypted call stay the same.
Staff sign in here. Patients open a link and the visit fills their browser. No website or clinic system required.
Place the visit in an iframe on the clinic’s site. Patients stay on that page. The outer site does not receive the camera or microphone.
An API key lets the clinic system create the visit and open the call from the chart. ENSI Clinic works this way. The call is driven by the API, not by pasting a public page into a frame.
Integrating with a website or clinic system
For a marketing or booking site, an iframe is enough: the patient joins without leaving that page. For a full clinic system, use the API. The system creates visits, sends patient links, and can open the call beside the chart. The medical record stays in that system. This product only runs the video visit.
Plans
A clinic is on one of these plans. Prices include GST. A clinic on a private contract is priced on its own and is not listed here.

Security
The live picture and sound are encrypted between the two browsers. This server runs the waiting room. It does not hold the call, and it cannot play it back.
Picture and sound · not recorded. The server only sets the call up.
On a direct call, the camera and microphone are encrypted from one browser to the other. A camera change stays on that same connection.
There is no video file, no audio file, and no transcript of what was said. The call screen says the visit is not recorded, and the product matches that.
Names, status, and optional chat travel to this server over HTTPS and are stored in PostgreSQL on the ENSI server. Chat is not encrypted the way the call is. It is deleted with the visit.
ENSI Telehealth is built for clinics in Australia that handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. We follow recognised privacy and security practices for that setting. Clinical records remain with the clinic in its own systems; this product supports the visit, it does not replace the medical record.
On the call
See who has arrived, start the visit, and put it on hold. Hold stores time, not a recording.
Choose the camera on this computer. The picture the patient sees comes straight from that camera in the browser.
Typed messages are kept with the visit until they are deleted. The whiteboard is live during the call. Neither one is the medical record.
A clinic sees its own visits, staff, and rooms. Another clinic’s sign-in does not open them.
Patients
There is no patient account on this page. The link opens your visit, asks for the camera and microphone, and waits until the clinician starts. If you are staff, sign in at the top of this page.
